The NoHo Resource & Referral Software provides an easy to use and powerful means of matching families seeking childcare services with appropriate childcare providers. Utilizing a user friendly graphical interface, agencies can quickly enter new caller records, find childcare providers meeting caller specifications, and generate randomized referrals. This secure and flexible system allows administrators to create multiple user groups with varying access to system features, and the software may be customized to the specific needs of your agency. Data may be reviewed and queried with a variety of built in reports, and users may create ad hoc queries with industry standard reporting applications such as Microsoft Access and Crystal reports. NoHo R&R may be directly integrated with other NoHo Software products to prevent duplicate entry of provider data.
To allow internet outreach to families, NoHo Software has currently developed a public access interface that integrates with the NoHo R&R provider database. The publicly accessible web site provides on-line referrals to families seeking subsidized child care services. Parents will be able to generate referrals and print a list of providers matching user specified criteria. The web interface is designed to integrate with your agency's existing web site.
